Program Description

Each year (going on our 12th!) B&S Fitness Programs offer's its extremely popular 4 Month Triathlon Training Program starting in May (the second weekend). This fully comprehensive training program is designed encourage ANYONE with the thought of doing a triathlon to actually DO IT!! We will coach, guide and motivate anyone that aspires or desires to complete a Sprint to Olympic Distance Triathlon (1/2 swim, 12-mile bike and 3-mile run - Double for Olympic) this summer.

Our program will enable even the most novice athlete (or NON soon to be athlete!) to complete their first ever event. We provide 5+ coached workouts per week with certified USAT Coaches that will provide structure, training tips that will give you more confidence and the motivation you’ll need to accomplish your goal in crossing that finish line. All participants will benefit from our expert coaches, lectures, clinics, group and group camaraderie. Members will benefit from other program discounts offered by our sponsors. Workouts

From early May until the end of August, the only thing on your mind will be your next group workout and how cool it is going to be crossing that fast approaching finish line! Workouts will be offered early morning, nights and weekends to accommodate even the most difficult schedules. Below you can checkout the typical training week with our coaches.

Coached Workout Schedule:

Monday 6am/6:30pm - Strength & Conditioning, Salem Common, Salem MA
Tuesday - 6:30 pm - Swim SSU
Wednesday - 6am Strength & Conditioning, 6:30pm -Run at Salem Common
Thursday - 6am Run at Salem Common, 6:30pm Swim SSU
Saturday - 8am - Bike/Brick - Location Varies. 
Sunday - 3pm Swim - SSU 
* There are a lot of sessions here! We do not expect you to make every session. Just get in what you can to get the most out of this amazing program.

Program Costs: FOUR packages to choose from!

Ultimate Package: $700
Unlimited coached workouts per week, with clinics, lectures, 16 weeks of Online Meal Planning/Nutrition Tracking, 2 consults, and a fully comprehensive triathlon training manual.
Gold Package: $550
Up to 3 coached workouts per week, with clinics, lectures, 16 weeks of Online Meal Planning/Nutrition Tracking, one private consult, and a fully comprehensive triathlon training manual.
Silver Package: $400
Up to 2 coached workouts per week, with clinics and lectures and a fully comprehensive triathlon training manual. 
Bronze Package: $255
Four Months of One Coached workout per week, with clinics, lectures, tech shirt and a fully comprehensive triathlon training manual.
