Beginners Fitness 

If you are interested in starting a fitness program but to intimidated by "Boot Camp", Xtreme Strength & Conditioning or Weekend Warrior?

Beginner Fitness is a lower intensity program designed for those who are new(er) to exercise and want to learn all the basics before jumping into another program. The main focus is teaching proper form and technique through "Mini Circuits". There is no beginning or end to this program so coaches will help you progress safely and on an individual basis. You will know when you are ready for a more intense program and our coaches will help guide and motivate you in this smaller group setting. 

By starting with our Beginner Fitness program, you will transition more easily into our other more advanced programs in a safe and effective manner with less anxiety and more confidence!
