Outdoor Boot Camp
The North Shore Fitness Boot Camp program is a total-body conditioning program designed to improve your: muscular strength, muscular power, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, agility, coordination, speed, flexibility, balance as well as nutrition.
The program provides an array of activities and exercises incorporating the latest trends such as plyometrics, functional training, and Pilate's and Yoga positions, to old-school calisthenics and resistance training with your body weight, portable accessories such as tubing, bands, and pull-ropes, as well as the resources our parks and recreational spaces provide.
Boot Camp demonstrates it's effectiveness through pre and post testing. Testing exercises (push-ups, sit-ups and a run/walk test) occur on the first day and the last day of each session. Results are 100% guaranteed when the Boot Camp program is followed. Boot Camp is for all fitness levels. We can give the most fit person to the beginner an incredible and safe workout through simple yet effective modifications. It’s not about competition, it's about results!

Indoor Boot Camp
This program is designed to give men and women who are at more of the beginner to intermediate fitness level time to focus on their personal health and well being. The workouts are challenging, but accommodate all levels. If you are looking for a way to learn how to develop a well rounded fitness/weight training program designed to help you strengthen your full body for any challenge, this program is for you. This program will help develop a sense of confidence, strength, and emotional security which is what all beginners to fitness and grop exercise need and strive for.
