B & S has created numerous fitness programs for the city of Salem and surrounding communities. Our programs have been so popular we decided to offer them to an expanded number of communities.
We know from experience that with a little advertising and word of mouth, your programs will grow and become a great addition to your community.
B & S specializes in providing park and recreation departments, businesses, schools, sport teams, etc. with proven programs to increase your businesses, sport team or community's participation in a healthy and fit lifestyle. This will be the BUZZ at work or in the community no matter where you are.
How to get started - just contact me with your interest. I will tell you how many people you need and what the cost for each person will be, then recruit co-workers or friends.
We offer several options:
- We can supply the instructor, equipment and other supplies needed for the program. It is your responsibility to advertise and promote the program or event and supply the facility or park area.
- We can train your instructors to deliver our programs. Training includes a detailed manual, instruction and practical experience running one of our established programs.

Fees for Consultation and other services:
One Hour Consultation in Salem $65 (prices will increase if we meet at your location)
One Hour Consultation w/Instructor Training Program:
- Consultation fee deducted from training fee.
- Instructor will receive program manual, observe program and teach program for practical experience.
- Instant access to information and email for assistance.
Pilot Program:
We will discuss options to provide your community with instructor, equipment and experience. Fees are paid through a percentage of the revenue.
**Options and fees may vary and are subject to change based on agreement and geographical location.
