Lose It to Win It is back this September!!!
Salem, MA, August 22, 2013—B&S Fitness (http://www.bnsfitness.com/) the largest provider of fitness programs on Boston's North Shore is pleased to offer their one-of-a-kind weight loss content again this September: "Lose It to Win It." The "Lose It to Win It" is a weight-loss challenge where the person who loses the greatest percentage of body weight is awarded the biggest ever cash and prize purse worth over $1,000. More importantly, the winner is titled the "Lose It to Win It Champion." The program is designed for people who are at least 25 pounds overweight and combines weight loss with a nutrition model. In the past "Lose It to Win It" challenges, the participants averaged a 15 pound weight loss, with the top male and female participants losing an average of 25 pounds during the eight-week program.

Brandi Dion, President of B&S Fitness explains why her company developed this fitness challenge, "We created this program to promote good health and an active lifestyle with the structure of coached sessions and sound nutrition advice; the previous events have been so successful, we are proud to offer the program every two months in 2013." Nationally certified (NSCA and NASM) exercise coaches will hold weekly workouts as well as provide on-line nutrition tracking and meal development. Additional resources include: B&S Fitness, B&S Sport Science, Body Tuning Physical Therapy, CrossFit IronSpider, the Salem Park, Recreation and Community Services Department as well as Melinda Vaturro, a Nationally Certified Nutritionist.
There are different program options, allowing those who train at different facilites a chance to participate in the challane. LIWI classes are held at B&S Fitness & Sport Science located at Dock 19/20, Shetland Park, in Salem, MA. Each class is limited to 15 participants, so early registration is encouraged.
