The B&S FItness 12 week USATF/USAT Marathon Training Program not only will provide you face-to-face weekly coached structure, coached long runs on the weekends, training program guidance and development as well as group camaraderie and motivation. Each training session will focus on running technique through drills, biomechanics, plyometric drills and agility. Learn what your V-Dot is through benchmark testing and see how much it improves through our training program and philosophy. USATF & USAT Certified coaches will be on hand at each workout to help you achieve your personal goals and push you to create new ones. All levels and abilities are encouraged to join. Whether this is your first or 100th 1/2 or full marathon, we will help you achieve greatness and confidence in running. With multiple training packages to choose from, we are confident that you will find the perfect program to meet your needs and budget.

START DATES: July 10th and 11th
Days & Times: Wed 6:30pm, Thurs. 6am

Program Options: ½ Marathon Program or Marathon Program

  • Ultimate: $450 - Coached track session, coached long run and coached strength training class,  T-shirt, & Full On-Line Individualized Training Program
  • Gold $300: Two coached sessions per week (track session, coached long or strength), T-shirt, and Comprehensive Training Manual. 
  • Silver $120: One coached run session a week (track or long), training manual, & T-shirt
