Personal & Small Group Training
Our primary goal is that you see results and increase your sport/individual performance. The more you see results, the more likely you are to stick to your program. We will help you learn different training methods, how to apply them, as we guide and mentor you to create and achieve your new performance goals. Below is what you will receive for your personal training fee:
- One-on-One personal training and conditioning (1-3x’s per week depending on your needs)
- Clarify your personal goals and fitness needs.
- Fitness evaluation to determine your current level and establish performance goals.
- A personally designed program to help you reach your goals.
- Motivation and guidance through-out the program
- Well planned progressive schedules that will help you safely reach your goals.
Sessions are suggested to be purchased in packages of either five or ten.
Packages of anything less than 10 cost $70/session and packages of 10+ costs $60/session.
Groups of 2-3 will be $80/session or $70/session for 10 or more.
