Xtreme Strength & Conditioning
This program is designed for both men and women who are currently working out at a high level and are looking to bump it up a notch, get over a current plateau, and reach a new level of fitness. This program is very intense. We incorporate speed, metabolic training, strength and agility drills with full body strength and conditioning with some power training as well. Each class is different than the last. If you love a tough workout - this program is for you!

Days: Mon/Wed/Fri
Time: MWF 6-7am or 9-10am/MW 7-8am
