Youth Fitness Program and Sport Conditioning
Ages 8-12yrs
Parents!! Join B&S Sport Science for an opportunity to enhance your child’s fitness level/sport performance in a non-threatening all level welcome conditioning program for ages 8-12. This program is an all around fitness program designed for youth’s of all ability levels who wish to increase their fitness and health awareness or condition for a particular sport...all while having fun! Help your children make fitness a passion in their lives.
Program Components:
- Science-based programs with professional staff to ensure effective training and supervision.
- Education and instruction on endurance training, strength training, flexibility, agility, anaerobic, & speed training specific to the demands of sports.
- Plyometrics, core strength and stability, and functional training to increase power, explosiveness, and stability.
- Upper or lower body exercises to increase sport specific strength needs, explosiveness and power.
- Age appropriate training for youth ages 8-12yrs.
- Nutrition and health education suited for this age level.
B&S Sport Science trains athletes and non-athletes of all sports, ages, levels and abilities with the philosophy of injury prevention and sport specific training.
